WetnIE?!? is what some people would like to call a coverband. But this is all changing now, cause we've writen some brand new songs. | Who are WetnIE?!? | ||

WetnIE?!? is a band of four steady members. Which are in random order: Maikel on bass and guitar, Hanneke on vocals, guitar and backing vocals, Frank on guitar and drums, Marloes on vocals, backing vocals and percussion and Ludwig on drums and vocals(?). They are regulary visited by some friends, or just people who have nothing better to do (like us for most of the time), who try to participate in the band also. It has been already more than one and a half year since we started our band. Soo we thought it would be good to give it a try and go out and perform. Soo our first real concert took place the first of May, in Wageningen. It wasn't that great, not a lot of people, but quite satisfactory. The good thing is that we know now how the audience reacts to certain kind of songs. And maybe more important which songs we can better cut out of our playlist. This is of course all very good for our future concerts, cause now we know we can do it... If we decide to do some concerts, in the near future (maybe the first of June in "De Bunker"), in the ficinity of Eindhoven, this side will be the first to know, so if you want to be updated about this, stay connected... We're trying to make some decent (or at least not too bad to listen to) music, and we're managing quite well, but we still need a try out to see if the music realy sounds as good in a pub as during our reahursals. Until now we're able to play about sixteen tunes, so that is enough for one gig. So be aware in the future, because the 'WetnIE?!? madness' will come and get you, oh yes... So in the very near future there will be a good oppertunity to scream, jump and shout, like our concert like thingie a long time ago and in a few weeks time (hopefully) we will rock the roof of a pub in Veldhoven. If everything turnes out right we might make our first good live recordings during this try-out-roof-of-blowing-gig, but otherwise, party on... LATEST NEWS: during the weekend of 12 and 13 February we made a new demo, with some new songs on it. So watch out for our brand new CD, it can be uptained from Frank, or you can download some of the songs down below, I think...
